Heidi's Story...
A mama dog many times, Heidi just wants to be someones baby. Heidi is approximately 5 6 years old, cropped (one flops), docked and weighs 70#. Apparently she was bred many times. She was found along a deserted roadside by animal control. Though her nipples are enlarged from nursing puppies, the rest of her is quite petite. She has a rich chocolate coat, a loving disposition and the cutest little prance to her stride. Heidi is a queen and considers herself a proper house dog. She has free roam of the house when we are away and access to the fenced yard via the doggie door. She was easily accepted by our canine family, sleeps in a dog bed at night and rides quietly in the auto. Her interest in the toy box is endless; she believes a girl cannot have too many toys. Heidi is quite the velcro girlie.very needy of attention and wants to be under your arm or at your side. She would be appropriate for a dog savvy family with older children or as a companion. Ideally we are looking for a family where someone is home for a good part of each day or where a dog walker comes on a daily basis. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heidi, a Arlington Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
