Trixie's Info...

I am in need of an experienced adopter and not good with kids.

Trixie's Story...
This is Trixie. She is a very sweet and lovable girl. She does very well when on her leash, she is calm and she doesn't tug on the leash. However when she is off leash in the playpen she can be a tad bit wild. She will need an experienced dog owner to teach her how to play properly when off leash !UPDATE: we are learning that with a firm voice and hand she will listen and settle down for playtime. She just needs to learn the right way!
Adoption fee is $50, which includes a State of CT neuter voucher which helps cover the cost of neutering & 2 vaccines! Contact Rocky at rros65@aol.com or (860)649-0079

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trixie, a Bolton American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Bolton, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Bolton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bolton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bolton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bolton paves the way for another one to be saved.
