Maisy - VIDEOS's Story...
Maisy is a sweet little torbie with round eyes, a round face and a round little body. She was dismayed to find herself at a shelter but it wasn't long before her cheerful nature asserted itself and she was calling to us in high, soft mews to come and visit with her. She was anxious about all the strange cats beyond her new-cat cage (which probably accounted for the round eyes). Yet she still wanted pets from her human visitors and she came up to them offering nuzzles of friendship. She's a perky little cat with an air of vulnerability about her. She lost her home when it proved stressful and was just a poor fit for her. Even though her home didn't seem to be particularly sympathetic, Maisy was trusting and optimistic as she got to know some volunteers at the shelter. Matched with the right home, this endearing little torbie will capture her family's heart and become a beloved family member.

Maisy was born around the beginning of 2006.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maisy - VIDEOS, a Maple Ridge Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Maple Ridge, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Maple Ridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Maple Ridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Maple Ridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Maple Ridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
