Slots is a lovable little guy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He is friendly with everyone and would love to be part of a family. He is still a puppy and has lots to learn but he is very eager to please and food motivated making him easy to train. He weighs just 18 lbs and would fit into just about any household.
Slots is a young dog approximately 8 – 10 months old. He was slated to be euthanized due to lack of space at the shelter but with those sad eyes and winning tail wags we just had to bring him home. He is a very lovable pup that gets along well with everyone and would be great with another dog in the home that liked to play. He would be fine with respectful children of any age but we do not recommend he be placed with cats. He currently sleeps in a crate at night and is quiet and settles with no problems.
This little guy is very affectionate and playful but he also likes to settle and find a lap to cuddle in. He loves playing ball in the yard, going for walks to check out all the smells around town, and would be an ideal candidate for obedience classes. Due to his small size and his friendly disposition he is a dog that you could take anywhere. He is very quiet and would be fine in an apartment but a back yard to play in and another doggie friend would be ideal for Slots.
Slots may have short little legs but they do not stop him from keeping up with the big boys. He has lots of energy and loves to run and play. He would be a great as a walking partner or as a companion for a child that needed a best friend. He has a cheeky side to his personality and likes to play a bit of catch-me-if-you-can and has a bit of selective hearing at this point but once a treat is introduced he is totally at your mercy. He loves to be cuddled and really enjoys belly rubs and any affection he can get. He is a total little love-bug with a happy, outgoing nature. He loves meeting new friends and is always up for doing whatever you would like to do.
