Hannah's Story...
Hanna is a young Lab mix. She came to our pound as a stray and her owner never claimed her. She is rather gentle, loves to be petted and walks great on a leash. She notices everything. Nothing gets by this girl. She is also a non-barker. Her only goal in life is to be petted. She is medium in size and weights appx 30ish. Hanna will be spayed, up to date on all shots and heart worm tested for adoption. Adoption application, references and re-homing fee apply. Inquiries to Judy at 217-465-8727.

Act quickly to adopt Hannah. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hannah, a Paris Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Paris, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Paris.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Paris already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Paris breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Paris paves the way for another one to be saved.
