My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cruz is always on the move - playing with other dogs, people, running, romping and playing with toys! There is always so much for our active boy to do and he is eager to see it all and do it all! While Cruz is a mere 15 pounds he has a BIG personality - full of love and playfulness. He is happy to meet anyone and everyone. As you can see, it's hard to resist that face. Once you give in, he rewards you with a wagging tail, kisses and if your lap is close by he'll jump right in it! But this active boy won't be snuggling for long as he toys to play with, dogs to wrestle with and things to sniff! Cruz is a big favorite at RESCUE. Here are a few comments from our amazing volunteers:

"Cruz is so great. He was very happy when he came out and is very affectionate to people. He jumped right into my car and slept on the way to Pet Club. At Pet Club he was good about going potty outside. And when we got inside he was very good with all the other dogs. He really likes to play tug-a-war with squeaky toys! He really has a great personality."

"Cruz is so much fun. He has such a boisterous personality and seems to just enjoy life. He did very well on the leash and only pulled when he wanted to run instead of walk. Cruz is so curious - he has to check everything out. He loves to play and wrestle with other young active dogs. He is such a great dog and will definitely need someone who is as energetic as he is!"
