Kasper's Story...
I've had Kasper since he was a kitten, and was a wonderful companion while I was living on my own. My husband is highly allergic to cats; therefore we've had to remove the cats from our bedroom, and try to limit their time on furniture and ourselves (since meeting me, my husband has had to use allergy medicine daily, as well as an inhaler and nasal spray to control his reaction to Kasper). Before meeting my husband, Kasper would live on my lap when I was at home, and he would always sleep tucked up against my left shoulder. It is selfish for me to keep him and hard on my husband's health. Kasper needs a home like the one I was able to supply for the first two years of his life. He's an intensely affectionate cat, has never bitten or scratched anyone, and loves to cuddle and be loved by his human. He bonds well with other cats, but prefers one special human to dote upon. This is a courtesy post. If interested in meeting Kasper, please contact Skye at moodyskye@cox.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kasper, a Scottsdale Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
