Twinkle Tulip's Story...
These little guys were found abandoned. They are yellow lab mixes. So they will probably be large dogs. A few of them have short little legs, so we think a few of them, may be yellow lab/ dachshund mixes. These little guys are just as cute as they can be. Labs are wonderful family dogs. They are great with children. As of May 15th they are 10 weeks old, and they will be ready to come to their new homes on memorial day weekend. Since these little guys are still young, they will not be fixed, when you get them, but when they are 6 months old and you have them fixed you will get a 50.00 rebate. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Twinkle Tulip, a Staunton Labrador Retriever/Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Dachshund for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Dachshund breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
