My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jasper is an energetic, smart, happy and playfull pup who enjoys long walks. Jasper was limited to contact only with his former owner & an elderly man, and kept inside, as a result he NEEDS SOCIALIZATION BOTH with people and other dogs. He is getting to be a cuddler and once he's boned with someone, he will be their little shadow - following them every where and becomes very protective of his person. He's very alert and thinks he's a big watch dog. Jasper is dominant and needs firm but loving intervention. He does well with a doggy door and small yard to run around in. (Due to severe matting, Jasper was groomed and waiting for his "Maltese long silky hair to grow back.)
