Barney's Story...
Barney is a young male Shepherd/Beagle mix that was found walking the streets of Miami. He was found wandering down Biscayne and 34th street, Miami. He was filthy, starving, and had no collar or chip. The woman who found him brought him home, got him all cleaned up, fed, and vetted. He is a very sweet dog, shows no signs of aggression, and loves riding in cars. His foster thinks he had a home at one point. Barney is ready for a new home where he can be loved and cared for. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barney, a Ocean Ridge Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle for sale in Ocean Ridge, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog from a breeder in Ocean Ridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ocean Ridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ocean Ridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ocean Ridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
