Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Please note: we do not have a physical location, we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.**
Meet Sophia! This sweetie is about six months old. She is playful , energetic and likes to run and play. She walks well on a leash and will sit when offered a treat. She is very smart for her age will make a great companion!
Sophia has arrived in New England! Here is an update from her wonderful foster mom: "She is here and doing very well. She is an excellent co-pilot. She rode from Maine to Vermont with only two bathroom breaks. She was in a kennel but she absolutely does not mind riding. She was totally silent. She is great with other dogs. Good with cats, she shows a little interest in them when they dart about but she does not do anything. She is already responding to commands such as sit, down, lay down, and no! She will make the perfect addition to a family. She is a quick learner. She is also a quiet pup. She rarely ever barks."
Like many of our adoptable cuties, Sophia is with a partner rescue or shelter in the south. In order to bring her north, we need a loving indoor foster home to care for this sweetie while she waits for her forever home.
