Darryl's Story...
Darryl is a teddy bear of a kitty -- he loves affection, and he is ohhh-so snuggly, just like a teddy bear! Darryl's favorite thing in the world is tummy rubs, he rolls over and begs for them. Sometimes he will even tap you on the arm as if to say "C'mon! I want a tummy rub!", and then he rolls over for you to give him one. He was an owner give up and was turned in to a high kill shelter in Georgia. On Christmas Eve he was to be put to sleep, but a nice lady took got him out of there, and said she would find him a home instead. Now he is with 4Paws and is still looking for his furever home, but he knows he is going to find it soon.

Darryl is a sweetheart, a truly special cat that is super lovable. However, even though he is incredibly affectionate and will steal your heart away once you look into his big loving face, Darryl has a bit of a dominant kitty personality. Darryl is best with submissive, non dominating types of personalities, also most female kitties or even no other kitties in the home. The more attention and tummy rubs he can get all to himself he figures is better anyway! He is great with dogs and we assume he is also great with children, as he is super loving with people in general.

If you are looking for a cat with a wonderful disposition and who is a real snuggler, he is for you!

Darryl is about 4 years old. He is neutered, tested negative for FIV & Feline Leukemia and is up to date on routine vaccinations.
