My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brooklyn is an 8 month old puppy girl who was literally at the end of her life. She was actually in the euthanizing room next to be put down when her fate suddenly changed by her angel. A shelter volunteer/worker walked in and stopped the procedure and begged for one more day to find her a place. Unfortunately 7 did not make it, but her and 2 others (now with LLR) did. There were many involved that literally moved Heaven and Earth to save her and get her out of harms way. Brooklyn has no idea about any of this, she only knows that she is a happy, special and cute girl. We believe that her life was spared for a special reason and that reason is out there somewhere. We in rescue often say "who rescued who", meaning these dogs end up rescuing us for some reason or another. Brooklyn has already been rescued and she is waiting to rescue someone who needs it. She is so sweet, smart and gets along with everyone. She is good with cats, kids, adults, everyone and loves to play with her foster siblings. She needs to work on some obedience skills, but is a medium energy puppy who will still need appropriate labby exercise. Brooklyn is a big girl weighing about 50lbs and still growing. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations and is heartworm negative. She is microchipped and kept on frontline and heartgard.
