My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a fantastic family dog? Here she is! Summer only about 1.5 years old and is a true mixed breed. We guess she’s a mix of Husky/Chow/Shepherd, but it is difficult to tell for certain. Her tongue is spotted and not solid black, so Chow may not be in her at all. Summer is friendly, active and easy going. She’s absolutely beautiful with a unique look. Summer ended up in the shelter when she was found roaming the streets by herself and her owner never claimed her. Luckily, she wasn’t in the shelter long and we were able to take her immediately after her stray hold was up. Despite her ordeal, Summer is a very well-adjusted girl who is seemingly unaffected by her past. Summer is very friendly to people and seems to like other dogs but we aren’t 100% sure yet and aren’t sure how she feels about cats. Summer is well behaved and loves to run and she would love to be a daily jogging partner. Summer is young and likes to play and has been very well behaved in her foster home. Summer is a very nice young lady who needs a loving home of her own. Experience with Akitas, Shiba Inus, Sharpei, Chows, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Samoyeds, American Eskimos and a similar Spitz breed is preferred. Knowledge of the Nothing in Life is Free theory and/or Cesar Millan’s methods are essential for a successful adoption.
