Ellie-in NH's Story...
Ellie is FANTASTIC! She's in a foster home in Seacoast, NH. She's about 55lbs, not quite a year and half old, LOVES other dogs and good with kids. She would absolutely love a home with another dog. She is very quiet, docile and knows many commands, she is fully trained, safe in the house without a crate and can be left alone and is completely housetrained. She's spayed, up to date, and is even good off the leash. She loves all people, VERY good dog! We don't know if she's good with cats, she's never met one. Her foster mom thinks she's Lab/American Bulldog and even maybe some Jack Russell, just a perfect mix of sweetness. She's ready now to have her forever family. She loves to cuddle on the couch and watch TV and is super loyal, and gorgeous too!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ellie-in NH, a Lebanon Labrador Retriever/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/American Bulldog for sale in Lebanon, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Lebanon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lebanon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lebanon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/American Bulldog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lebanon paves the way for another one to be saved.
