Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ashton is a big bundle of love. He loves to play, play and play. He's also a "ham" and loves to entertain visitors by looking so so cute with his handsome round face, big beautiful eyes and lion tail. He will make a wonderful addition and give lots of love to his forever family.
Ashton came to us as "Ashes." His "owners" first declawed him, then turned him and his sister over to Animal Control. Sadly, the sister didn't make it out. As adoption partners with Animal Services, we received an email that this cat (and others) were available for transfer. RaeAnna couldn't get there fast enough. She ended up taking Ashes, renamed him Ashton, and then rescued 17 more in the same day.
When Ashton got to PetSmart after a brief stay at the sanctuary to confirm our opinion of his disposition, the very first thing he did when he came out of his carrier was walk over to the toy box and take certain toys out to play with. This is one smart kitty. He's not your average "medium hair" cat. Perhaps a little Persian - look at those round eyes and that round head. Or Ragdoll, the way he lets you hold him however you want - it really doesn't matter his genes, Ashton will make one lucky family very very happy. So, where are you already? Come up to Trinity PetSmart and meet your new best friend!
