HELENA's Story...
“HELENA” was found along with another puppy we rescued we named Rod-Jo on the Fort McDowell Indian Reservation. They were probably abandoned by someone and was headed to the animal shelter and a very dark future. Helena appears to be a Lab/Aussie Mix around 3 month old. She too is very friendly and in good health. If you choose Helena to join your family, we will include, an examination by our veterinarian, the neutering, a micro-chip for identification, and all her needed vaccines for a nominal adoption fee. The fee helps us to save more animals from euthanasia and to give them a loving home….like yours!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

HELENA, a Gilbert Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
