My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

How would you like to be the proud owner of one of the sweetest Rotts I know? Cody is 2-3 years old and is a high-energy dog but loves nothing more than to sit close and cuddle with you. He is very good with adults and children, good about not jumping on you and he is very playful with most dogs. Even though he is very friendly, he would be protective and bark at a stranger if they walked past the house or came on your property. Cody would also not do well in a home with cats, as he show's a little too much interest in them. He needs plenty of exercise but would like to spend much of his time indoors being close to you and getting his head scratched or belly rubbed. Cody is small to medium size male, being about 77 lbs but he is very strong. He has a very handsome face and beautiful shiny coat. He needs some basic training but is very attentive and just wants to please his owner. He knows sit and down on command but needs some leash work as he still wants to lead the way. He loves riding in cars and sits very nicely in them. He does also need a little work when he is indoors because he will occasionally lift his leg and have an "accident". I have been working with him on this and feel this behavior can be fixed. Overall, if you meet Cody you can't help but fall in love with his wonderful playful personality and willingness to learn. Cody deserves and needs to be loved by someone who has the patience and time to do so. He will bring a lot of joy to anyone who wants to provide a loving home for him.
