My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nine pups (and Momma too) will be looking for homes in seven short weeks. The pups look purebred at this point but we have no way of knowing for sure. Momma ended up at her local animal control very scared and very pregnant. She came to us just about a week before the pups were due (you can see Mom's pictures under Tasha).

Momma is a brindle and white "Pocket Pit" (under 16" at the shoulder). She has as nice a temperament as you could ever ask for in a dog (she let me handle her pups while they were being born and had known me for less than ten minutes - I was stuck out of town with a bum transmission and couldn't get home - walked in the door about 10 minutes after puppy number one was born!), you can take a bone or piece of food from her mouth with ease, she is obedient and loving. If her pups are 1/2 as sweet as she is they are going to be total winners. There are four female and five male pups. Pups are tan and white, grey, grey brindle, black (very dark) brindle and brindle and white. Pups will be up to date on all vaccinations, momma will be spayed prior to going to a new home. There is an application for adoption and we do screen applicants carefully. Adoption fee for the pups is $275.00 + a $75.00 spay/neuter deposit.

PS - If you think our names are a little bit different that's because our human mom decided that since we were nine we should be named after football players....and since mom lives right on the border she decided to split our names up between the Bears and the Packers - LOL!
