My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roscoe (aka Oscar) is my name- I came from Oklahoma where my owner was put in a nursing home so I was very lonely & confused.  My foster mom says I have really thrived since being out of that shelter setting. 
Roscoe is older, 10+ according to his past records.  He still has a lot of life left in him though & would be your best friend, no doubt!!!  He is an emotional dog that craves love & affection.  He has the saddest most begging eyes I have ever seen.  He has lost alot of weight since being with his foster (approx. 35 lbs now & working on losing a little more) but still has allergy issues.  He too is great with other dogs & people.
