Clover's Story...

This is what my volunteer friend has to say abut me:

Hi, my name is Clover and I came to RMFR in 2010 with my 4 kittens. My babies were quickly adopted but I am still here, waiting for a home. I am now about 6 years old.
I get along with other cats, but I am still not sure about humans. I am just scared and untrusting of all the strange people that walk through my home everyday. I have a volunteer I am warming up to, she gives me catnip and I LOVE catnip!
I will probably always be a rather independent gal, but since when is independence a bad thing? If you are willing to be patient with me (and you have a large supply of catnip) I would love a home of my own!

This is what my volunteer friend has to say abut me:

Looking for a lucky four leaf clover? Your search ends here as we have Clover! Although she isn't the green grass variety, she is a stunning black and white feline variety. Clover is a domestic short hair mix who is 6 years old and has been living at RMFR since March, 2010. She is semi-feral and since she came from a feral colony, she does have some trust issues with humans but she is slowly making progress with people. Clover is a round faced chunky little lady with a white bib extending down her chest. This little miss is clever and intelligent and she knows that humans control the treats which she LOVES. She can be found in the Green Room or the Big Room tucked in a comfy bed 6 - 7 feet off the floor. If you call her name and shake the treat bag, she will jump out of her bed and stare at you. She is waiting for you to drop the treats in front of her and then when you turn away, she will eat. And, she ALWAYS wins the staring contest. During the past year, Clover has become more adventuresome and will wander outside on a nice day. Snapdragon is Clover's BFF and at times you will see them cuddling next to each other, particularly in the cooler months.
