Natasha's Story...
Notes: Natasha is about a year old, a little timid but very sweet. She is a graceful and elegant mix of Dobie and Lab (we think!) She is a very gentle spirit who walks right at your side on a leash and sits at your side when relaxing. She seems to enjoy the company of other dogs very much. She was found wandering all alone with no ID when a caring person saved her (yay!). Natasha's dream is to be in her forever home for the holidays :o) Just look at those soulful eyes...Please call Bobbi at 718-845-0779 or 917-213-9840. For immediate consideration, please download our application from www.bobbicares.petfinder.org and email it to bobbicares2@aol.com. Thank you so much!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Natasha, a Freeport Labrador Retriever/Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Doberman Pinscher for sale in Freeport, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Freeport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Freeport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Freeport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Freeport paves the way for another one to be saved.
