Tommy's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Tommy's Story...
I’m a very handsome orange tabby and all boy in every sense of the word – I love to run and play like a maniac! I’ve never met a stranger I didn’t like – and I even like the dogs in my foster home. Don’t plan on getting much done with me around because I insist on having your undivided attention until I decide it’s time to do something else – like go play with my sister, Olive (also here on Petfinder). Because I’m such a busy boy, it would be great if you’d adopt me and Olive together. We’ve been together all our lives and she keeps me out of so much kitty-mischief! If you’ll open your heart and home to the two of us, we promise twice the fun and twice the love!

CONTACT INFO: For info about this wonderful kitty-helper, call her foster mom, Lisa, at 479-640-5362 or e-mail her during the week at Lisa.Lucas@tyson.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tommy, a Springdale Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Springdale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Springdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Springdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Springdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Springdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
