WE DO NOT ADOPT OUR ANIMALS TO HOMES WITH UNALTERED PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS? Carolena adoption fee is $400 which covers her vetting as a puppy and transportation costs incurred. We have a 100 mile radius due to mandatory home inspection. email for exceptions. please read below of what is included in the adoption package.
Carolena was Rescued from an an Animal Control Center. She and another sibling Gonzo were rescued from the streets and given that 2nd chance. They were infested with fleas and worms and both were groomed. Carolina is about 12 weeks old and available after June 15th, when she will have her Vet wellness release. She get along with children over 5 years of age and no big dogs family. She is being potty trained and would need a fenced in yard. Are you that special family that would love to have her. There is a $ adoption fee for most of our ANIMALS. The adoption fees we ask for does not come close to the medical expenses let alone the daily cost of taking care of the ANIMALS we hope to re-home. Additional expenses are out-of-pocket. We are all volunteers. there are NO paid employees in our rescue. The adoption fee is used to help with veterinary care. All of the ANIMALS in our care are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, have dentals if needed, are up to date on all vaccines, are COMBO/HW tested and micro chipped, 6 mos h/w prevention and 1 additional application of frontline plus is included in adoption fee.. Any and all medical issues that our vets find or that arises while in foster care are treated. In order to adopt one of these wonderful ANIMALS you will be required to: email us with an phone # . Agree to a telephone/in-person screening. Fill out an adoption application, provide a veterinary reference , have one of our representatives conduct a home visit, complete and sign an adoption contract, and pay an adoption fee applied to a Vet clinic for a donation to help with medical expenses..
