(D.O.B. 11.30.09) Marnie came into foster care pregnant and after patiently waiting nearly 3 more weeks Marnie gave birth to her 6 kittens. All Marnie wanted during the birthing process was for her foster mom to rub her belly and help her through the contractions.
Marnie instantly bonded with her kittens and has done an incredible job of raising them. Marnie is never far from her kittens sides and does a head count on a regular basis. She is always checking up on them, making sure they aren't into too much trouble.
Marnie gets along well with her foster parents own cats and would do well in a multi cat household or as a single cat who gets all the attention. Marnie doesn't seem to be bothered by normal household activities and noises including the dishwasher, shower, hair dryer, and vacuum. Even severe rain and thunder storms don't faze her or the kittens.
Marnie has done an excellent job of teaching her kittens how to use the litter box and eat on their own. Their foster mom didn't have to do a thing......Marnie did all the work.
