Barclay's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Barclay's Story...
While Barclay is not a dog park kinda boy, he still loves to play and run and be a goofey dog. He loves people of all sizes but because he is kinda clumsy a home with no small children would be best. Barclay is crate trained, has learned how to walk properly on a leash and shows no signs of displeasure if you move his food dish.
But Barclay does not care for other dogs or cats. And left to his own devices, will get in trouble.
This boy needs a strong leader and someone that is going to make sure Barclay does not get pushy. And in return, you will get a wonderfully attentive and affectionate companion.
We would love for you to have experience with large breed dogs and a fenced yard

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barclay, a Surrey Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Surrey, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Surrey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Surrey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Surrey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Surrey paves the way for another one to be saved.
