My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cooper is a 2 yr old Corgi/American Cattle Dog that was rescued from a high-kill shelter. He is Up to date on all of his shots and he is heartworm negative. He does well on a leash, and is working on crate training. He is almost house broken, and rarely has accidents now. He is neutered as well. Below is what the family he is staying with said:

Cooper is a happy boy. He loves to play with other dogs and loves to walk. He is a velcro dog and loves being with his person. He would be good with kids older than toddlers. He may not be good with cats as he wants to chase anything that moves. He gets that from the Corgi and Heeler sides. :o) He loves treats. He knows how to sit pretty. I am starting to work with him on other basic obedience commands. He wants to please. He will need a strong owner or a Corgi/Heeler experienced owner as he can be bossy if allowed to. Just the typical Corgi and/or Heeler behavior. I think that he would be a good agility, obedience, or flyball dog.
