My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gallo is a 4 year old GORGEOUS boy. He is a lab mix and is just stunning. He is tall and slender and his fur is soft, silky, shiny and slightly longer then that of a typical lab. He is very friendly and loving with people and just loves to get his human attention. Gallo is a mild mannered, medium energy boy and knows how to sit on command. He walks well on lead and takes treats nicely. He loves the dried salmon bits and typical milk bones, which he gets often for being such a good boy and loooooves to chew on those compressed rawhide bones. Gallo appears to be housetrained and will make a great addition to a family with older children or for a companion dog for a single person. Gallo came to us as a heartworm positive boy, but has been treated and is now heartworm negative. He is gentle and easy going, but likes to be very bossy with other dogs so he needs to be the only canine family member, he can be cat tested if needed. He would be a great dog to take hiking, walking and playing in the back yard with a tennis ball. He will fetch, but has not figured out that he needs to bring it back. Gallo is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations and is now heartworm negative. He is microchipped and kept on heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention. Let us know if you are interested in Gallo by filling out an online application and request him on the notes section.
