Artie is a handsome Labrador Retriever mix and is two years old. Artie was found stray and never claimed. He has a beautiful cocoa-colored coat and warm brown eyes. He is such a sweet and gentle dog! Artie is a bright dog who will sit on command and appears to be housebroken. He is a well-mannered dog who loves to be at your side for daily walks and enjoys playtime. Artie is an affectionate dog ho loves to be petted and cuddled. Artie is great with people of all ages and is also good with other dogs. He has been cat-tested and showed no interest in them at all! Artie is neutered, heartworm negative, wormed and current on all vaccinations.
Artie has arrived in Maine! Here's what his foster mom has to say: "This guy has moved in here like he's been here his whole life. He's already a member of the pack and found himself a prize place on the bed. He gets along great with all the other dogs and the four of them will wrestle together- out back or in the living room, which can get a little hairy. He's wonderfully sweet and always wanting to please. He wants to be with his people all the time. He'll give up other dogs and even food in favor of his people. She's a huge snuggler but when he's on the move, he's just a bouncy lab boy. When you get his food ready, he dances and spins. He doesn't jump on people and he's very calm when he meets someone new. He's not much of a barker, but he's always listening and watching. He makes me laugh through the day and fall even more in love with him. Are you looking for a happy guy to make your life more fun??
