Bailey's Story...
Meet Bailey, she is a golden retriever mix. Bailey, is a very pretty little girl, she has some very pretty markings on her. She is very quiet but very playful. She is one of the smaller puppies, out of the nine, but not as small as her sister Bentley. So she will probably be a medium size dog. A fact about golden retriever's is that they are very cheerful dogs, but rugged water loving dogs that are popular as household pets, and as seeing eye dogs and service dogs. So won't you make this pretty little girl, a part of your family. She will be ready to come to her new home on June 24. (D.G.) Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Staunton Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
