Sandy's Info...

I am good with dogs and good with cats.

Sandy's Story...
Sandy came to the shelter as a stray. She is about 1 year old, however she is still very playful and active like a puppy. She loves going on walks, cuddling up to humans, and playing with toys. Sandy has very soft fur that you can't help but pet! She is very outgoing, and a real character (but in a good way!). She gets along well with the other dogs and cats at the shelter. Could her new home be with you?

The adoption fee of $150 includes heartworm test; current vaccines; spay/neuter & microchip!

If you would like to meet her, please complete our online adoption evaluation form and ask for her by name! You'll be glad you did!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sandy, a Warren Shiba Inu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shiba Inu for sale in Warren, or seeking a Shiba Inu dog from a breeder in Warren.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Warren already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Warren breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shiba Inu breeders who help with Shiba Inu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Warren paves the way for another one to be saved.
