My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bellarosa is a stunningly beautiful dog. She is a wonderful combination of gentleness and athleticism. She is smart and affectionate, wonderful on leash and very eager to please. Bellarosa found herself at a kill shelter in South Carolina and was “just another black dog” – one of hundreds of black dogs that end up in southern shelters. A wonderful shelter employee, however, knew Bellarosa was truly “one in a million” and put out a special plea for a rescue group to save her life. Bellarosa came to Cedar Farm to find her forever home and she is going to be a terrific companion for some lucky person or family. She plays nicely with other dogs and is really good with our cats. She is also good with children. She is a quiet dog and has great house manners. She is crate-trained. Bellarosa is up to date on all of her shots and has been spayed and microchipped. She weighs 55 lbs. and is 2 years old.
