Manny's Story...
Our owners were getting a divorce and our dad decided he no longer wanted us (my brother Ruger and myself) so he took us to the Franklin County Animal Shelter and turned us over to them. He told them that we belonged to a friend of a friend and that he could no longer keep us. Later in the day mom called and told them that they were separated and that she was coming for us!!! We got our hopes built up for nothing. She never came!! Lucky for us Harlequin Haven kept their word and when our legal stray time was up they were waiting for us!

I am now ready for adoption! I am a big, strong, happy and healthy puppy!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Manny, a Bethel Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Bethel, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Bethel.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bethel already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bethel breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bethel paves the way for another one to be saved.
