My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GUEST DOG - 770.851.7344

We are trying to help an owner find her sweet dog Sadie a forever home. This is her story...

She is a 4 1/2 yr old boxer mix, spayed and current on all shots. I work full-time and then some and she is a dog that requires time spent with people. She loves kids and loves attention, walks, runs and plays well with other dogs as long as they are male. She is a great guard dog and lets everyone in the house know if someone is at the door.

I have owned her since she was a year and a half. I feel sorry for her because she loves to be with someone all the time and when I am home she follows me everywhere but for the most part she is alone. She sleeps on her bed on the floor beside my bed every night and has a fenced back yard to play in.

She has the most beautiful big brown eyes, short hair and runs like a Gazelle. She's very playful, attentive and tuned in to everything going on around her. When I'm getting ready for work in the morning she likes to lay in my garden tub! She loves squeaky toys, any ball and the toys that are like sheep fur.

It will be a sad day but I know that she will be much happier with more attention and more time spent with either a person that has more time to give or a whole family. She loves to chase water coming out of a hose too, she tries to bite the water, another funny thing to watch.

Sadie sounds like a playful, energetic dog and would probably do great with an active family. If you think you may be interested in meeting Sadie, please contact Judy at 770.851.7344
