Boomer's Story...
Boomer!! This is a gorgeous young man (we are thinking under a year old!)! He is a beautiful chocolate brown – and we believe his mix to be German Shorthaired Pointer/boxer. This guy is well adjusted, happy, healthy, housetrained, neutered, UTD on his vaccinations  he is an all around really great dog.  He loves playing with other dogs and he also really enjoys cuddle time. He  has great energy – but knows when to settle down inside the home.  Right now he weighs about 30 lbs – but we are expecting him to grow just a bit little more. We are loving this guy  - his temperament, size, looks… he will go fast.  Boomer needs to be the only male dog in his home.  He likes to be the boss – so a home with a strong leader is best!!  Boomer is a lover – not a fighter.  But he knows what he likes – and he likes what he knows!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boomer, a Warsaw German Shorthaired Pointer/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shorthaired Pointer/Boxer for sale in Warsaw, or seeking a German Shorthaired Pointer/Boxer dog from a breeder in Warsaw.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Warsaw already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Warsaw breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shorthaired Pointer/Boxer breeders who help with German Shorthaired Pointer/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Warsaw paves the way for another one to be saved.
