My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Angel a 9 year old Border Collie Mix. Angel was found as a stray in Manhattan and was severely emaciated. After a few months with her foster dad she is fiinally starting to put on some weight and looking like the angel she is. Angel loves to sleep for hours on her doggie bed (and who could blame her after what she has been through) She is hard of hearing and we believe this is the result of ear infections that had not been treated until she joined Rawhide rescue. She needs some help with the stairs most likely due to the poor muscle tone as a result of being emaciated. Angel like her humans to be nearby as we feel her days on the street took a toll on her confidence and her body. So we prefer her new home to have someone around more than not. Angel would be a wonderful addition for a senior who is looking for a companion. If you are interested in giving Angel a loving home during her twilight years please fill out an application today.
