Froto's Story...
As HAHS has different adoption locations, please contact Froto’s foster dad, Ravi at 913-220-7284 or e-mail him at venigalla_r@yahoo.com for more information.

Froto is an adorable brown 3 year old Miniature Pinscher who only weighs around 9 pounds. He is crate trained and likes to sleep in his crate. Froto keeps his crate very clean so we think he is house trained. He walks well on a leash but is not a big fan of long walks (in this weather, who would be?). Froto stands on his rear legs for treats. He is fine with kids of all sizes as well as cats but he really likes playing with other dogs and we think he will do better in a house with others.

Froto is current on his shots and he is already neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Froto, a Overland Park Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
