Tipsy loves going for a walk, and he is happy to lead the way. He walks well on a leash, is outgoing, and playful. He is affectionate towards people and he enjoys giving a few kisses.

Tipsy is best suited for a somewhat active home. He is okay to live in a home with cats and other dogs, he is also eligible for our Seniors for Seniors Adoption Program.
