Aspen came to us from a very high kill rural shelter, she had a small gunshot wound on her shoulder where someone had shot her with a pellet gun. Aspen takes a short while to warm up to new people, but she is very affectionate once she knows you. A home with older kids or no kids preferred, no cats, no small dogs. Aspen is not good with other females and will need a male companion.
Aspen is currently an outside dog and it is unknown if she is housetrained. Aspen is estimated to have been born around 2009.
Aspen will need 6 ft fencing and diguard around the perimeter.
Aspen's adoption donation is $100 and she comes with lifetime support from Kim Kapes who is a K9 Relations Specialist.
