My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Treena is a 1 year old mixed breed terrier - possibly Cairn and Wheaten Terrier girl weighing about 20lbs. She is has a playful personality and loves to "talk" to you so that you or a doggie friend will play with her; however it's a very quiet little sound. She loves to lay in front of a fan to let her hair flow. She does well with dogs her own size (but is a little timid of dogs larger than her at first) and is good with children of any size. She loves toys and is still very 'puppyish' and playful! Treena likes to cuddle on the couch if you let her. She is housebroken.

Treena has been examined by a vet, spayed, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines. She has also been fecal tested (and dewormed if needed) and heartworm tested. An adoption application is required via email prior to meeting any Hope 4 Paws dog in its foster home. In most cases, breeds stated in the posting are merely our best educated guess as we do not know the history of many dogs that come into the rescue.
