Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maxie - Maxie is a 8 year old beagle that was surrendered by his family to Animal Control because they were moving. He was very sad at the shelter but when we showed up he bounced out of his cage and said "let's go!" :). He is so well behaved and is with a very nice foster family but would love a home of his own who will love him for the rest of his life. He is neutered and will be up to date on shots and has no obvious health issues and is very spry for 8, although for beagles that is not old. He is house trained! Maxie was heart worm positive when he came to us but has recovered and is now negative. Email us about Maxie!
Contact Mindy at mmiller@beaglebuddies.org to obtain an application. Submit the application form and we will schedule a time to meet the pet. If interested in adopting we require a home visit and an adoption agreement with a fee. Beagles over 5 years of age have an adoption of $100 and if younger than 5 years the fee is $125. All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, are up to date on vaccinations, and a copy of vet records is provided upon adoption to set up a file at your vet. We supply collar, temporary ID tag until you can use till you get one, and leash. All beagles are micro-chipped as well.
