Kristina's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Kristina's Story...
I was adopted four years ago and my family was forced to give me up recently due to personal circumstances. Don’t let my eyes fool you; I am tickled pink to be living back in my foster home! . I adore the kids in the home as well as the other dogs! I love to play outside and am very respectful in the house. I am housebroken and crate trained. I currently weigh 56 lbs. I hope that you are ready to make me a part of your family, ‘cause I sure am!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kristina, a Houston Coonhound/German Shorthaired Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coonhound/German Shorthaired Pointer for sale in Houston, or seeking a Coonhound/German Shorthaired Pointer dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coonhound/German Shorthaired Pointer breeders who help with Coonhound/German Shorthaired Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
