Kylie's Story...
Meet Ms. Kylie. She is a 1 and 1/2 year old doxie/terrier mix. She is tri-color, weighs around 16 pounds and has a wonderful disposition. She will start to dance around and bark and once she has your attention, she is as happy as she can be. She loves people, especially children and gets along with other dogs. She came from a rural shelter and has been totally vetted including microchip. Kylie is longing for her forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kylie, a Cincinnati Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
