Jessy is a girl of fun and play and about 2 years young. Passed the chewing stage and puppy stage, but still lots of fun. . She is also a toy schnauzer, weighing about 11 lbs. She is salt and pepper in color, with cropped ears and dockted tail. just a little bundle She is crate train. She was from an akc professional breeder release and is pretty social. We We will have some new pics of her next week.

Jami's adoption fee is $275 and included all our vetting below, plus she is microchipped and prepaid no additional cost to you! She isa small toy mini schnauzer. of 11 lbs! Pretty Rare to find Jessy is being fostered by in __Oh area. About 2 years young and 11 lbs. Has had a dental and is good for several years. Is MICROCHIPPED.

Most of our dogs need a sibling furkid, someone to play with and interact with and continue to learn being a pet after adopted. Some are independent and can be an only dog. Jamie is i ndependent or can get along with other dogs! Not all need a fenced in yard, but if you don't have a fenced in yard, we ask you to purchase an exercise pen so that the dog can be safe when outside and small dogs can not be tie out dogs These run under $50 on line and are safe and secure for small dogs.. This pet is leash trained and won't need a fenced in yard or exercise pen....................
Not all our dogs are totally house trained at the time of adoption. We crate train them and some potty pad train them and work on potty skills. When your application is approved, you will speak with the foster Mom for more information and you can check then at what point each foster dog is at. Dogs learn quickly and most are pretty far along or trained by the time of adoption.

Jami has been examined by our vet, had a 5/1 annual shot, a rabies shot and tag dewormed, heart worm tested and passed. Spayed or Neutered before adoption. Our rescues are on flea/tick and heartworm monthly preventatives in season. We also do a dental if our vet deems it necessary which is included in our adoption fee.

Our adoption fee covers all vetting expenses and sometimes a small donation to cover the dogs food and care, toys medicines and supplies while in foster care.

We send your new dog home with a copy of all vet paperwork, adoption papers, a small bag of the dog food they have been on and information on taking care of the dog. Also a health folder for your vet and notes from our foster mom on their schedule, habits and socialization skills.

We do adopt our rescue dogs to adjourning states and some others within driving distance of the foster family. We DO NOT SHIP OUR DOGS--the adoptive parents must meet the dog at the foster mother’s home. This will give the adoptive family a chance to meet the dog before they adopt it. Our dogs are fostered in NE Ohio and surrounding area in private homes we are not a SHELTER! You must apply and make an appointment to meet with the foster family and at their home location above in the description. Before you apply, please be sure you can come within 2 weeks after your application is approved to adopt your rescue dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jessy toy schnauzer, a North Benton Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in North Benton, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in North Benton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Benton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Benton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Benton paves the way for another one to be saved.
