Hear ye! Hear ye! Born April 8, 2011, WILLIAM is a sweet, adorable and cuddly Springer or Cocker Spaniel mix pup. He loves to play with his siblings, his foster family members and especially loves to play in water. His father is a man of mystery, his mother is a pretty, 23-lb., Springer or Cocker Spaniel mix (photo available upon request).
