My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simmy is by far the sweetest of the sweet. She is about 2 years old and is small, weighing about 55lbs. Simmy was in a shelter and well...., she was pregnant. In a lot of shelters that is a death sentence for many female dogs. Luckily for her she had someone looking out for her and LLR was contacted. Of course we agreed to take her as she did not deserve to die because her previous owner was not responsible and did not have her spayed. She came to us, had her babies, took excellent care of them and now that they are all adopted out, it is Simmy's turn. She is very mild mannered and can be a bit shy upon meeting her, but once she knows you, she is yours forever. She is great with other dogs and good with cats. She has been socialized with men, women and older children, but will do well in many situations. She probably would not be a good candidate for a household that is chaotic with younger children, not that she would be mean, but it might make her somewhat nervous. What an angel here on earth and she deserves nothing but the best home with her family doteing all over her. Simmy is house trained, crate trained and will do well with basic socialization and obedience classes. Simmy is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations and heartworm negative.
