Star is a beautiful cockatiel that is very scared of hands. She is very sweet once she gets used to you. She likes to sit on shoulders and just look around. You can pet her after holding her for a little bit. She is very quiet when she is in her cage or on your shoulder. She is currently at a foster home in Berlin, WI.
