Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is an assisted placement! For more information or to adopt Tucker, please contact Kim Mauldin (coordinator for the National Brittany Rescue and Adoption Network) at kmauldin@pldi.net, 405-381-4703 home, 405-642-0443 cell.
This young boy was taken to animal welfare to have put to sleep because he needed to be bottle fed when he was born. He is 1 year old and 68 lbs! He is fully vaccinated and neutered; he is crate trained, house trained, leash trained, and knows basic commands ("sit," "lay down," and "leave it") - he is very treat motivated so he would not be hard to train. He rides well in the car and loves to show you his prizes and talk about them, he is a great talker. He will fetch but sometimes gets distracted on the way back to you. He likes to play rough with my male Brittany but calms down with the older dominant female Brittany. He is probably too big for toddlers, but would do great with preteen or teenage kids. He will need an active person to give him exercise and ideally to continue his training. He has a very deep bark and would make a good family guardian! I am asking an adoption fee of $150.00 to help cover my vet costs.
