Daisy--PETSMART's Story...
UPDATE--You can now meet Daisy in person at the Muncie PetSmart!! Daisy is a lovly lady. Her approximate date of birth is mid October 2008. She is so super loving. She purrs up a storm and loves to be right with you. As you can see in the bottom picture, even she thinks she is cute! When she came to us, she had a badly damaged left eye, which had to be removed. She has completely healed from that surgery and is more than ready to find a new home. She does well with gentle children and would probably adjust to a gentle dog, but we already know that she is not a big fan of other cats. She would most likely adjust to just one or two other cats, but in her foster home, with several other kitties, she always felt like she had to be on guard. Everything will be coming up "Daisy" if you take a chance on her! She will love you forever, I promise!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy--PETSMART, a Muncie Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Muncie, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Muncie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Muncie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Muncie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Muncie paves the way for another one to be saved.
