Caprice is a female tortoiseshell domestic short hair, born August 9th 2010.
Caprice is the daughter of Jenny Lind, who was abandoned when a family moved away and left her behind. Jenny was ignored by the neighbors and left to fend for herself. As an unspayed female outdoor cat it wasn't long before she became pregnant, and had three kittens. A neighbor was upset that she had her kittens in his garage. We trapped her and her kittens, and they all came to Kitty Corner to wait for their forever family.
Jenny Lind has been adopted. Caprice is here waiting to find her forever home, along with her brother Wyatt (orange tabby). They do not need to be adopted together.
Caprice likes and is interested in people. She is friendly and enjoys attention and petting, but she is very playful and has a kitten-ish attention span. She enjoys snuggling with you and being petted, but she hopes you'll understand if that bit of fluff on the carpet must be stalked and subdued right now. She has wonderful 'lap cat' potential as she grows a bit older.
Caprice gets along well with other cats. She enjoys their company and likes having feline pals to hang out with. Caprice could probably make friends with just about any feline. We feel she would be a wonderful companion for a family feline looking for a friend and playmate. With enough love and attention from her human family, Caprice could also do well as an only cat in the family.
Caprice would make a wonderful pet and a devoted family member to anyone who could open their heart to her. If this could be you, please call us now to come meet Caprice.
